I personally LOVE the character meals!!! I think we should have a villians themed meal. That would be great!
What type of restaurants do you guys think Disney should make more of? Like Family, more "couple" oriented, or upscale? If family what type of theme should they be?
I think they need to make more of the "couple" oriented. I think there's enough family ones and I wouldn't necessarily say they need more upscale ones compared to the ones they already have like Victoria & Albert's

I'd like to see some casual sit-down style restaurants that can cater to families or to couples. Disney doesn't seem to have too many "middle-scale" sit-down restaurants. You pretty much either have counter service, high end sit-down, buffet or character meals. The few sit down restaurants that I would consider "middle-scale" (ie Boatwrights, 50's Prime Time, Sci-Fi Dine-In) I find are frequently ridiculed for poor food or service. I think more restaurants such as these, or maybe just upping the consistency of the food served in these existing restaurants would be an improvement (though I've personally only had issues with one of the afore mentioned dining locations).

I like Disney DIning and overall I would just like to see better availability on short notice ressies. But, I would love to see a giant villians theme restaurant, something like the HoopDeeDoo Review but all villians with Mickey banishing them to their underworld home at the end of the meal would be great. IMHO

Disney rocks, Walt was a genius.
I agree with you that they need some more sit down places as well. I mean you got the mcdonalds and stuff to hit while you're in WS or somethin and then places like Victoria & Albert's and Cinderella's Royal Table where they're booked up months if not YEARS in advance.
I love the character buffets, too, they just need to expand on the idea and expand the restaurants that they're offered at.

Boatwrights is the sit-down restaurant located at Port Orleans Riverside.

for all the variety, they don't really have a Thai or Indian restaurant or a good Cuban place
Not really sure how Cuban food would go over.

Since the Tinkerbell movie came out, they should have a Tinkerbell and friends breakfast at like Olivia's Cafe at OKW or at another resort restaraunt. Or they should have Narnia characters for a meal.
