Re: Kouzzina
I am really excited. Of course now I will have a tough choice as I love Flying Fish at Boardwalk. Disney is getting to the point that there are too many great restaurants to pick from. I remember when Disney was criticized for not having enough top shelf meal options. My how times have changed.
I want to know when Kouzzina opens so I can plan a trip.

Re: Kouzzina
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to eat some good Greek food in WDW!!
I love Mediterranean cuisine in general, so that's a bonus! Plus, we stay at the BWV so often I'm sure we'll be trying this place the first trip home it is open.

Re: Kouzzina
< Very excited. Cat Cora has been very "visible" here in Central Florida of late. The end of this month she is making an appearance at the Orlando Film Festival, so this announce mt comes at a great time. Can't wait for this to happen, sure it will be hard to keep Lou away from opening night..... Research Trip, Lou!

Re: Kouzzina
I'm very excited as a big fan of the Boardwalk, Iron Chef, Cat Cora, and Greek food. What I'm a little sad about is that I have lots of memories at Spoodles and I'm in love with the signage/logo of Spoodles. Sounds silly, but I really hope they come up with a great new logo for Cat's new restaurant. The old Spoodles sign was so fun to look at as part of the overall architecture and feeling of the Boardwalk. They should also keep doing some kind of "take out window" on the boardwalk once Cat opens her new place. It's a good idea to let people walking outside get a taste of something "on the go". Good luck to her and the new restaurant! Here's hoping this is a good change.

Re: Kouzzina
I love it when WDW gets a new restaurant and these 2 (Sanaa and Kouzzina) are really exciting!! We only visited Spoodles once and it was just alright. I only hope that the prices for Kouzzina are not totally outrageous.

Re: Kouzzina
For our Dec. trip we were planning a Spoodles breakfast.... but now that they are changing - I'm wondering if Kouzzina will be open for breakfast??
We'd love to try it as we LOVE Mediterranean & Greek food, but usually upper scale restaurants are not open for breakfast.
Has any heard which meals they will serve?

Re: Kouzzina
Ate at Kouzzina this go around. AMAZING.
I had Wood-grilled Flank Steak with fresh Herb Saltsa and Kouzzina Potatoes -- the Herb Saltsa was kind of like a pesto but BETTER. To die for...
Hatem (bf) had the Slow-cooked Lamb Shank served with Oven-baked Gigantes Beans and Pepper Sauce... The lamb fell right off the bone it was so tender and the bean things were awesome (and HUGE!)
For dessert -- Galaktoboureko and Baklava.
All in all an amazing meal. Will definitely be back.
