Re: Lunch In EPCOT?

personally, I am a fan of The Electric Umbrella....yeah, i know, its counter service, and usually really crowded, and it isnt the healthiest selection, but I love it anyway! i always make it a point to eat there...if i remember, they have your typical chicken strips, burgers, i think ive had a sald there before (which was actually really good!), and i remember my brother had macaroni and cheese with his kids platter thing.

Re: Lunch In EPCOT?

For counter service - I have to give another nod to...

Sunshine Seasons in the Land - it can be busy & crowded, but good options & the food is well prepared - we loved the Grilled Salmon & the Pork Chop both with your choice of sides.

Tangierine Cafe in Morocco - (our family's favorite CS in all of WDW) - we love the Shawarma Chicken & Lamb combo with the sides of hummus, tabouleh and couscous - lots of food!

For table service - well, that's harder....it depends on your cuisine of choice.
We need to try more before I can form the best opinion. And don't worry - this year, between our 2 trips we will be trying 4 more table services in Epcot alone!!

I'm hungry now.....

Cool Re: Lunch In EPCOT?

I love Yakitori House in Japan. It's secluded upon the hill and the outdoor seating is beside a koy pond with lanterns strung. The teriyaki chicken is great, along with the shrimp tempura We usually eat there right before Illuminations begins, but it should also suffice for lunch.

Re: Lunch In EPCOT?

Saw the fixed menu for Le Chefs de France for lunch online. $20 bucks and you get soup, an entree and dessert. Not a terrible deal. Giving it a try in August! (Not to mention it'll be nice a/c in the afternoon!!!)

I do love Tangerine Cafe

Re: Lunch In EPCOT?

We love the Pastry Shop in France, we always get fish and chips in the UK, we don't care for Germany's food, and there's always a pig out in China!

Re: Lunch In EPCOT?

I like to get lunch in Sunshine Seasons in the land. I love the fire roasted chicken. I love the bratwurst in Germany (Biergarten). some of the best I have had.

Cool Re: Lunch In EPCOT?

It's not as fancy as the places in world showcase but still great. Its got burgers fries, sandwhiches, and soft drinks. Check it out great place to eat.
