| Les Chef de France Next time you go to Les Chefs de France, make sure you go when Remy is on tour. He is a particular interesting character that I think represents one of the futures of park technology. But in terms of food, I strongly encourage you to pass on the Croque Monsieur. There is nothing wrong with it and it is very good, but I go the salmon and ratatouille last time and it was nothing short of EXCELLENT. Dan Disney Home Video |

| Re: Les Chef de France wdwkid32 - To be sure Remy is there, make an ADR and ask when you call. I believe when we went, he was on "tour" every hour, on the hour, from around 12 noon through 6 at night. When he was out, like in all the character meals he went to all the tables in order, but didn't double back for a 2nd run. He's very cool. All the food was quite good and well-prepared. Have fun!
