We've been there many times, but have never used the Disney Dining Plan there. The only reason I wonder if it's considered a Counter Service or a Sit Down credit is because you can't make ADR's for it.

If I were to guess, I would guess that it's considered a Sit Down credit, but I was hoping someone could tell me for sure.

Why can't you make ADRs there? I've tried three different times to get a No Way Jose there, and everytime theres been at least a 45 minutes wait... which I would have waited out but my other family members I was with would not. And every one of these times were past 10pm! How are there THAT many people out past 10 trying to get icecream? Unfortunately we never stay on property so its not like I can hang around waiting till its not busy. Boo.
