There is no Disneyland Hotel in WDW...

As for Disney resorts at WDW, no it is not included except for club-level rooms.

Re: Breakfast include or not?

Depending on your preferrence for breakfast, you might be able to pick up and store cold breakfast option like croissants or use a snack credit from the resort gift store for a light pastry.

Re: Breakfast include or not?

The Deluxe Dining Plan is a lot of food, but yes, it would cover every meal. With the regular dining plan, you'd get one Table Service credit, one Counter Service Credit, and one Snack per night of your stay. Many people use the snack for breakfast, the Counter Service for lunch, and the Table Service for dinner. Though if you want to try the Signature restaurants (like Jiko, Citricos, and California Grill for example) they're all considered 2 Table Credits. In that case, the Deluxe Plan would be better since you're using more of your credits on one meal and you won't feel like you're eating so much then. It all depends on how exactly you'd like to tour WDW.

And just to check, where are you staying?

Disneyland Hotel is in Disneyland in California. If you want to look at a list of the resorts at Walt Disney World (WDW) in Florida check this link out...... Accommodations In and Around Walt Disney World and Orlando Florida
The list of the resorts are off to the left

at the moment - my Hotel's nominations:
  • Disney's Pop Century Resort (value);
  • Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort (moderate);
  • Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge (de luxe).
Many thanks for your advice on the dinning plan

Re: Breakfast include or not?

I found your other post after I responded here I just wanted to be certain that you were indeed coming to Florida and not California. Dining at the two theme parks is completely different!!
