MK - quick -Pecos Bills, sit down - Tonys
AK - quick - Flame Tree BBQ, sit down - Tusker House
Epcot - quick - Cantina San Angel, sit down - Le Cellier
Studios - quick - Backlot Express, sit down - Mama Melrose
Resorts - Chef Mickeys for breakfast, Trails End at Fort Wilderness, Boma at AK Lodge all sit down.
DTD - quick - Earl of Sandwich

There are also LOTS of snack places throughout the parks that have great food so that you can grab and go. Pretzels, popcorn, frozen lemonade, frozen orange juice, there are even fresh fruit stands!
