Re: Remey at Les Chefs

He was still there in September when we were there. He was scheduled to be leaving for DL Tokyo that same week, but it is my understanding that move was cancelled and he will be at Chef de France indefinitely. We didn't tell our boys anything about it before arriving and it was perfect how it all worked out. The table that we were sat at was out in the front of the restaurant where all the windows were and Remy's cart was pushed in starting at the left hand side of the restaurant (our table was towards the middle) with the boys backs to him! So.....when Remy was wheeled up to our table the boys were both completely surprised! I would eat at Chefs de France again JUST to experience Remy!

FYI though....he doesn't appear (or at least didn't back when we were there) all day long. So be sure when you are making your ADR's you ask and take this into consideration. The hours of appearance used to be, daily at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50, 5:20 PM Monday through Saturday. It takes them probably about 45 minutes to make it around to all of the tables. They will come right to your table just like they do at character meals.

Enjoy!

Re: Remey at Les Chefs

As has been mentioned, if you want to see him, I would recommend going for lunch!
