New Pizzeria in Italy

I'm not sure adding a new Pizzeria is the cure for subpar pie at WDW. From what I understand it's the FL water that is the problem. I hear it's not very good for making crust. Of course that's not much of an excuse for the sauce, cheese and toppings. I do know that when you get back from a long park day and hit the food court, even that pizza tastes good to the whole family.

I've never thought that much about FL water quality and the breads/bakery items that we get when we are there. Even most juices are reconstituted with tap water! Hm... Thanks for pointing that fact out to me.

I think its a wonderful idea because pizza is one the best foods in the world, in my opinon. And there is really only two or three places in WDW to get pizza. So I am really excited.
