Disney is great at working with guests with food allergies or other conditions that would prevent them from just eating what is on the menu. Tell your hostess and server when seated and the chef will meet with you to see what you can have.
Plan on being at WDW in mid August and just found out a couple of weeks ago that I am Diabetic. Does Disney have a diabetic menu or is it something I need to let them know ahead of time. We are getting the Dining plan and wonder if I should let them know now or right before we arrive>
