Re: Via Napoli Menu
Is this place on the dining plan?
If so, is it table-service or quick-service?
-
Re: Via Napoli Menu
I wish the prices were listed, I heard that a regular large pizza was going for $35.00:uhoh: Hope they reconsidered this, that's outrageous. http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r.../aycaramba.gif

Yes, this will be on the Dining Plan and will be considered a table service restaurant.
I do think $20 - $30 for pizza is outrageous though; I heard the same thing.

Re: Via Napoli Menu
Ya, I agree that is a pretty high ticket per person for pizza. Part of making the Dining Plan work in your favor is what you order. Pasta and sauce, pizza etc. very high profit ratio for Disney.
Order any of your protien foods, steak, fish etc and at least you are getting your moneys worth.
Photo from all ears...
Any how....from the Disney Blog today....Ovens are hot at Via Napoli! Three beautiful wood-burning ovens at the new restaurant in the Italy Pavilion at Epcot are ready to go. Doors open Monday for walk-ins (you can start making reservation Aug. 6 for Sept. 10 grand opening and onward).
http://allears.net/din/napoli_constr1.jpgAnd from MousePlanet:
If Disney stays true to form, the 2010 Dining Plans will be released over the weekend (with an incomplete list of participating locations, since operating participants have to sign onto the plans individually, requiring more time), as well as 2011 hotel rates and room-only discounts for passholders and the general public for the rest of 2010.

And that's the big problem with the DDP.... people eat to get thier money's worth. Not what they want/need!
(And have you seen the rumors on the 2011 DDP. If they are true I can hear the )
Menu with pricing is on AllEars.net There are Pizza's up to $36, but the are 1/2 Meter or around 19 inches so they are pretty big! The "large" size is not that high!

However, that is the Italian Pizza style so it's more authentic to the country.
And on another site I saw a photo of the 1/2 meter pizza. IT'S HUGE!!
