how do i get to breakfast on time?

This September (9/11/10), we are staying at the boardwalk and we have 7:25 reservations at chef mickeys. How do we get there and what time should we leave? Do the busses run that early?

Re: how do i get to breakfast on time?

Buses will be running but in my opinion I would take a cab just to be on the safe side. One year I was staying at POFQ with an early ADR at Crystal Palace and I waited at least 45 mins. for a bus. Finally when a bus to The Studios showed up and another family told him what was going on her was nice enough to take us to MK.

I planned on enough time because I wanted to take a lot of photos of an empty MK but still don't count on it that early. Plus, if you take a bus to MK you still need to walk to the Contemp so why not take a cab. It shouldn't cost that much.

Yeah, gonna have to go for the cab on this one. Should be quick and painless and not too expensive. Sure will be quicker too. Maybe call hotel concierge the night before to have them arrange for one to be waiting for you. Won't be more than a 5-7 min drive from Boardwalk.

A cab is probably your best and most reliable bet for time.

7.25am reservations! Yikes - I think I'd be falling asleep in my Mickey-shaped waffles if I had to get breakfast that early - ha ha! Hope you have a wonderful time!

    Here is another great link:

OLP: Transportation Wizard -- Our Laughing Place home of OLPTravel

It's a transportation calculator, according to them, a taxi would take 13 minutes versus Disney transportation that would take a minimum of 32 minutes (once you get on a bus).

    I DID THIS TOO!!!!

I was at WDW for my 30 BD and stayed at the BW with the ever famous 0730 reservation on my BD. You let the desk know when you check in about the reservation and they will tell you to go to the transportation managers podium. Be sure that you do this a day or so in advance as to not have a hiccup in the process.

WDW will provide shuttle, (van) or car service.
