It actually sounds like a pretty nice line up. The only one I would question would be LTT, I've heard mixed reviews about it (I haven't been in years) but I think it just depends on what kind of food you like. Enjoy them all and like HG said don't forget to take pics of the food

I think the only one I had a question about was Yak and Yeti. They could have just had an off day when we were there but I thought it was pretty standard chinese food, nothing terribly special about it. It's possible however that I expected a lot more out of it than I should have. As for "chinese food" I prefer Nine Dragons myself...

Looks like a good list. Don't forget a trip report when youget back and let us know what you thought. I'd also be interested in knowing where you ate at Universal, my husband and I are going there during our October 2011 trip.
