cindys royal table

ok someone please clear this up for me..

i thought dinner was cindy doing pics outside and the fairy godmother inside.

then i seen a thing that said its only the fairygodmother

then just now on disney dinning thing it says the princesses come around to the table..



so what does happen at dinner????


and i hate the way they talk about their picture packages.. they sound like its included in the meal for free

Imaging Package
Guests at Cinderella's Royal Table receive one professional Imaging Package for groups of up to 4 paying Guests, 2 packages for groups of 5 to 8 Guests, and 3 packages for groups of 9 to 12 Guests. Each Imaging Package includes one 6" x 8" and four 4" x 6" prints, and one 6" x 8" print of Cinderella Castle, all in a Cinderella-themed photo holder.

Technically you get one picture for "free" but can get some more for a price. When we went in 08, the pictures with Cindy were downstairs while you wait, then the fairy godmother went around to the tables. Of course, that may have changed since then. We had enough people in our party to get two pictures.

well when ive went to the other meals you have to pay for the pics? i was sad thinking i wasnt going to get to see cindy.. right now its description of dinner online says

Dinner
Dine like royalty on your choice of appetizer after selecting from the prix fixe menu's entrees like chicken, lamb or vegetarian pasta. The children's menu offers all-time favorites like chicken strips and mini hot dogs and everyone gets their choice of beverage.

Throughout dinner, the Princesses are on hand to pose for photos and sign autographs. For a sweet finale, desserts include seasonal crème brûlée and other irresistible treats.


so i dont know what the deal is? this is the first i heard of the princesses coming around to the dinner tables.. i thought that was breakfast and lunch only

oh and in the videos.. i see the kids with wands and wishing stars.. do you get to keep them?

i was reading trip advisor and it sounds like the princesses being there are hit or miss.. some people say they were there.. and some say they wasnt.. so who knows.. and the wands and swords to keep :)

I was on the phone with Disney the other day trying to get ressies here but they were booked. The lady on the phone told me that you meet Cindy in the lobby and take your pic with her..then she made it sound like the other princesses would be walking around to the table while we eat. I was asking about a dinner ADR and that is who she said would be there...

I know in the past that the princesses were only there for breakfast and it was the fairy godmother for lunch and dinner, so I don't know what the deal is? All I know for sure is that you will meet Cindy and get your free pic with her.

On our last trip we went for lunch and it was pics with Cinderella in the Lobby. Visitors to the table for lunch were Jasmine, Snow White, Belle and Sleeping Beauty. Wishing stars were given to all kids and wands were given to the girls while boys got swords. The lobby was hectic but it was definitely worth doing once. You could tell things were rushed but the princesses gave every child individual attention.

i have seen alot of people talking about the rush.. and i dont wanna fell rushed.. and i dont think i have ever felt rushed at a meal in disney.. but i completely understand.. at work we only have 2 pedi chairs and 2 mani tables and 2 facial rooms.. so when we have a large group come in we have to make sure to stay on time or cut lil pieces of time to stay on time because they wanna stop and visit with their friends and stuff.. so you feel pressured to stay on time.

im glad to hear that the other princesses will be there :) and i so want a wand and star and brent get a sword for us to take home to bug.

im so excited.. i cant wait to go :)

Not sure if you are going to be able to get a sword and wand since there are no kids with you. I was hoping for a sword to go along with my costume for MNSSHP and I didn't get it. I'm still not convinced that I paid fully for our meal either since we were on free DDP. Even our server seemed rushed. Again though, it was worth doing even with the feeling of being rushed. You should get the stars since ours were on the table when we were seated.

i seen a video where it had just 2 grown women and they had the wands.. it doesn hurt to ask.. i'll be like please.. i have a lil princess at home :) and bat my eyes and smile real big

I tried to get one. Our server was a guy so batting my eyes didn't work. I still want that sword!

you could have had your wife batt her eyes...lol

That's right--it never hurts to ask...I bet you'll find a way to get them.

Good point! I was too busy making flirty eyes with the princesses. It didn't work. Chrissy, PM me and share your secret on how you do so many back to back Disney trips. I'm really needing some magic right now!

haha.. no secret.. i got lucky in feb...lol the hubby won a trip thru his job to the daytona 500.. it just so happened they put us up in the Coronado springs resort.. so 4 days of our trip in feb was paid for. if it wasnt for that happening i wouldnt have gotten to go then. and i wouldnt be going now if it wasnt for me agreeing to go to horror nights..lol the hubby has been wanting to do this.. and i talked him into going to disneyland next yr because i told him they did the haunted manison up in nightmare before christmas.. i have to give him something he likes to con him into it...lol

i have yet to find a away to talk him into a disney crusie..
