Hi! A friend of mine is staying concierge at Poly in May 2011. They sent her a form to fill out all of her dining requests and said they would start to book them at 5:45 AM 180 days out from her trip. Has anyone ever done this and were there any problems getting what you wanted? She's afraid of not getting something she wants because she's not booking herself. Thanks for the help!
