Disney World Chef Moves to IL-Opens Restaurant

Score Illinois! :cookie: Chef John State, who opened Flying Fish Cafe at WDW and then went onto the California Grill. In 2010 he opened a new
restaurant in Schaumburg Illinois, which is about 20 minutes West of Chicago's O'Hare Airport or 2 blocks south of Woodfield Shopping Mall.

The Chef opened this Season's 52 late last spring. Like his menus in Disney World the "special" menu is always changing. The exciting thing is the most expensive item on the menu was $27.00.
