The Kona Cafe at the Polynesian is a nice spot for lunch. Have always really enjoyed the food there and the Poly is a lovely hotel to hang out for a few hours whilst chilling away from the parks.

I like Kona Cafe as well. It has great food and like Cara said the Poly has a great atmosphere. If you are looking for a cheaper place I would recommend Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney Marketplace. It is relatively inexpensive compared to most Disney owned restaurants and the sandwiches are wonderful.

I'll 3rd Kona for all the reasons above.

a place that i like especially for lunch that i never really here anybody talk about is the big river grille and brewing works at the boardwalk. easy to get to from both epcot and the studios. a nice cold brew and a thick burger on a hot day are the way to go.

Beaches and Cream. Finish up with an ice cream then walk to Epcot or DHS.

For no ticket, you can walk around the Boardwalk after Beaches & Cream.

Whenever I am in Downtown Disney I always have lunch at Earl of Sandwich. It's delicious, quick & inexpensive if you're looking for a quick service type lunch. Very similar to a Panera Bread.
