I was in London last spring and i enjoyed cider, so it's probably not a bad choice.

Dad's Lemonade (blue) at Prime Time in DHS. They have a separate bar so ressies are not necessary. They will also duplicate at POR Hee Haw Bobs Lounge, that could be fun too.
Actually doesn't have an ounce of lemonade in it, base is Sprite but you would never know it! It is one big blue slushie.
Some people are like Slinkies.
They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.
Friends are Gods way of apologizing to us for our families.
Multi-flavor Margarita enjoyed inside Mexico.
They have cider at the Rose & Crown. I can't drink beer, so I know
The Blood Orange Margarita at the Tequila Bar in Mexico is fantastic. I love the Pomegranate Kir & Grey Goose Slushie in France too.

I like the idea of drinking-around-the-world at EPCOT. It can get pricey but its one of those things I consider a "Drinking Feat of Strength." If you had to pick just one place, I'd go with the Grand Marmine at France in EPCOT.
If you are looking for good beer, the Big River Brewing next to the Boardwalk is the best on property. You would probably like a Belgian or Hefeweizen/wheat beer style if you are into sweeter, fruiter type beverages.
Note: remember, no alcohol is served in the MK so avoid that on your bday.
You should wait to drink your first drink at WDW. I think it would be a great story to tell when people ask you what your first drink was. I like to try and think of "firsts" I can experience at WDW especially since I got my first haircut on Main Street, pulled my first tooth outside of the Carousel of Progress, and got and learned to ride my bike while staying in Fort Wilderness. I am always trying to think of new things to add to my list but being 25 and away from WDW for 10ys has kind of put a kink in things. Just a thought...
I like the idea of a margarita in Mexico. I also like the idea of waiting to have my first legal drink in WDW but my birthday falls before Christmas/new years so that probably won't happen. Not sure if i could afford to drink myself around world showcase, but i love that idea too. Will probably do two days in EPCOT, so maybe i'll go half way![]()
Scrap that actually...
They must have just been out while I was there...

A great place to enjoy some adult beverages IMO is Jelly Rolls on the boardwalk. I am not sure what the drink menu is like (as I usually stick to beer), but its definately a great place to enjoy an adult beverage and listen to some great music while being entertained. On a side note, they do have a cover charge. I believe it is $10.

Suggestions for "Drinking Around the World LITE" at EPCOT:
1) Margarita @ Mexico
2) Optimator Dunkel @ Germany
3) Wine @ Italy (don't know what kind I'm not a wine drinker but it seems right)
4) Grand Marmine @ France
5) Saki @ Japan (optional depending on how good you want to feel)
I feel like that is a good sampling of the World. Spread it throughout the day and you will feel good, but not drunk.
