They just released it for the Disney Visa Holders too..except I don't think you need to buy Photopass too.
Historically, it is not unusual for free dining to be offered first to those guests from other countries. It often hints at what is to come. So something similar could be coming our way. This time it has another layer to its dining twists.
This is from ALL EARS Hears, (sorry wouldn't link to newsletter)
... from **** **** in Buenos Aires, Argentina: Just wanted to let you know that Disney World has released a new Free Dining Plan promotion for Spain, Portugal and Latin America residents. Travel dates are from August 28 to September 24, 2011. The promotion is very similar to last year, but this year you must also book a Photopass Photobook ($100 per room) in order to be given the free Dining Plan. If you stay at a Value Resort, you get the Quick Service Dining Plan for free. If you stay at a Moderate or Deluxe Resort, you get the Dining Plan for free.

Upon entering the theater, please move as far to the end of the row as possible.
Stopping in the middle is distinctly unpatriotic. ~Sam Eagle

No kidding. That certainly wasn't a difficult math problem. $100 would go a long way. Disney is certainly pushing that photo pass hard, betting they would not be taking the dining food pictures of yours that I love.![]()
