I don't like the counter service choices at DS. There is supposed to be one over by Star Tours but I don't know the name of it. Not Backlot Express though.
What counter services do u like at Hollywood Studios? I am not a fan

I like Starring Rolls and my brother loves the ABC place, we ate there our trip in June and I hated it... I got a burger thinking it would just be a normal Disney burger to find that there was this ewie sauce.

They are all gross and not worth eating. If we are not eating at a table service we snack throughout the day or grab a pretty darn good sandwich from Starring Rolls. Limited choices but best bet.
Some people are like Slinkies.
They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.

I normally pick the Backlot Express, but only because I like checking out all the memorobelia hung up everywhere. Otherwise, the food options aren't great at HS.

We usually hit the spot next to the Honey I Shrunk the Kids set (I think that's Studio Catering?) and occasionally the Commissary. I agree that DHS is lacking in good options for QS.

Sometimes all you need is a reminder that out there lies a better place... a better world... a Walt Disney World.

Outside of one visit to the Sci-Fi place, I don't think I've ever spent enough time at the Studios to eat a meal. I usually make that an evening visit so I can see the holiday lights, and by then, I've already had dinner. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever eaten at Animal Kingdom, either.

I understand that the Starring Rolls Bakery has surprisingly good food. I always thought of it as a pastry shop, but I'm going to try it for a meal next trip.

We hit ABC Commissary when my parent go with us. They like it. I used to get the Cuban sandwich but I don't think it's on the menu anymore. When we go alone, we snack through the day and eat dinner at 50's Prime Time.
