Sweet Potatoes At Liberty Tree

We had some awesome sweet potatoes last year at Liberty Tree for Thanksgiving Dinner. The Chef gave me the recipe but I lost it. All I can remember is apple cider was used. Anyone got the recipe want to make for ours this year.

I checked AllEars and the Disney Diner websites and found many of the recipes, but no sweet potatoes. I did however find this site, Sweet Potatoes with Cider and Brown Sugar Recipe - Michael McLaughlin | Food & Wine which has a Jeffersonian era recipe that might be what you are looking for.
