has anyone ate at the sci-fi this year
we never have but going to try it in june
we have hear good and bad thing about it
need a little help

We have eaten here every time we visit wdw. My husband loves the theme and the old movies.
I don't think the food is great, but it okay.
The theme is worth it.

Have only eaten there once. That was back in 2005. The food was not good at all. But the theme was cool. I have heard though that the food has gotten better.

Kind of pricey for the quality which is why we have always opted to eat elsewhere even though the theme looks so nice.

I went to the Sci Fi Diner about 2 weeks and loved it! The food was so so, thought the vanilla shake was great though. I really could have stayed there for hours. Lots of really cool clips from old 50's sci fi movies. Definitely will go again, hopefully soon!

They launched a new menu this year.

My wife and I ate there this year and we really enjoyed it. It's not the best food on property, although we enjoyed the burgers, but its a great place to go and enjoy lunch. It's has a great theme and its an experience in itself. They also have interesting soda options. I recommend it!:mickeykid

:thumbs: If you stick to the burgers, onion rings, shakes & flavored sodas, it is a great dining experience. Also, our kids love the atmosphere. Now that most Drive-Ins have been demolished, this is such a treat for them (& us).

When traveling to WDW in the hotter months, it is "the best" place to cool off at DHS. (Shhhhh! Don't tell anyone!!! :wink: ) We didn't want to leave!!!
