I love all the ADRs you made! Some counter services I like in each park are:
Pecos Bills - Magic Kingdom
Fish n' Chips - UK in Epcot
Backlot Express - Hollywood Studios
Flame Tree BBQ - Animal Kingdom
T-Rex in DTD
Le Cellier
Yak & Yeti
Kona @ the Poly
Cape May Cafe @ BC
Oh, believe me, I tried to get Ohana but they were full up for both dates I asked about. I'll try again as the trip gets closer.
What CS would you suggest in each park? Or perhaps elsewhere.
**EDITED TO ADD*
Changed my ADRs, see them here

I wasn't all that impressed with 'Ohana's. the food was good but I felt extremely rushed. I'd much rather go somewhere where I'm treated like a customer, not just someone to get out as soon as possible.
Sunshine Seasons at The Land in Epcot has a great variety.
Looks like a good mix for ADRs
I think you will enjoy Le Cellier as the steaks are very good, but book a lunch reservation to avoid redeeming two table service meals (assuming you are on the DDP). I have never eaten at the Yak & Yeti so if you could drop a brief review back here after your trip I would appreciate it.
A few of the CS locations that I usually visit are Cosmic Rays, Pecos Bill, Electric Umbrella, and Flame Tree Barbecue. If you are using the DDP, then make sure you ask for the large drink. It's included in the plan, but if you do not ask the CMs usually give you the medium instead.

Welcome to the Magic Kingdom!
Some people are like Slinkies.
They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.
Friends are Gods way of apologizing to us for our families.
You are welcome HauntedGabe. I noticed that the other year, while eating at Cosmic Rays. I did not specify the drink size and received a medium. I started eating and then it hit me so I asked a CM and they told me the revised "rule".

Welcome to the Magic Kingdom!
I was hungry before reading this post, now I am salivating!!!
One of the great treats our family has is trying out new foods at WDW. So many people are surprised when I tell them what foods we have, as most think it's all burgers and fries.
Le Cellier is well worth the two table service credits for dinner. I couldn't imagine walking around all afternoon in the Florida heat after a meal there.
Cape May is a family favourite, as is the entire Epcot Resort area. A suggestion would be to go an hour or so ahead of time and walk around the yacht/beach/boardwalk area. If you're a DVC member, the Welcome Home Wednesdays are a fantastic afternoon.
We weren't all that impressed with Yak and Yeti, but who knows? Food is so personal it might end up being your favourite place.
T-Rex was fun for kids. Impressive but very loud.
Don't sweat where you're eating, or what attractions you see/don't see. Your only MUST on vacation is to enjoy yourselves.
If you near DTD Wolfgang Puck Express is very good value for your dining credits!
Kona and Yak & Yeti... yummy!! :-) Great choices.
