How long after an ADR are you given before being charged...
For a no-show?
We have Le Cellier booked for 1:10pm and have just booked the undiscovered future world tour for the same day. The tour is from 9am for 4 hrs, which takes us to 1pm. You finish in China apparently, which gives us 10 mins to get to Canada. No problems.
But what if the tour runs late, and we can't get to Le Cellier until say 1:30 or later? I can't imagine they will charge if we are not there on the dot, I would guess you get a 'grace' period, but does anyone know how long this would be?
Or can anyone give me an email address so I can ask the question to Disney themselves?
Thank you!!!

Oh Boy, I could be wrong here, so please don't hit me with the stupid stick, but I thought the charge was only for certain signature restaurants. At Dinner LeCeiller requires you to give up a credit card number for no shows, I don't believe you have to do this for lunch? Me, if the tour runs late, it is a Disney error in scheduling not yours, so likely LeCeiller would still seat you if their tour falls off schedule.

I did the Epcot tour last year and even though it says 4 hours we ran over and finished nearer to 1.30pm. So would suggest trying to move ADR?

We have already booked the ADR and definitely had to leave our CC details!

Thanks for this. Unfortunately we can't change the ADR as its fully booked for the rest of our 2 weeks! I might have to redo our whole plan and change the day of the tour.

Before you do that I'd check with Disney. They are generally pretty darn accommodating when a tardy is their fault. Even with the new FP rules, if the Tardy is clearly their error they have been making exceptions if they can verify. In this case it could easily be verified if the tour ran over.

Thanks. I think our plan is to ask at Le Cellier earlier in the week to see what the official line is. The tell out tour guide that we have an ADR and hope we make it!
