Wow. You have some real nice ADR's. Ducking, I am one of the few that isn't overly impressed with Boma these days. I was there in April and the lines for food were long, the dining area was packed, they ran way behind in keeping to their ADR times and there was only two of us. To me the food was perfectly fine but nothing I was excited about. If I were to dine again at AKL it would be at Jiko's given the choice.

I'll second Gabe on Boma, although for different reasons, in my case.
We were seated in a timely manner and the lines were short (probably because our ADR was at opening). Although, everyone else in our group seemed fine with it, I just really didn't care for the meal.
Also, as Gabe said, I'd try Jiko next time.

Was at TH years ago and it was fine but I think it has changed since then, so looking forward to trying it again, someday. Have never been to LTT, but also looking forward to it as well, someday.

Some out there are gonna' cringe on this one, but T-Rex was one of the 2 best dinners we had the whole time. Everyone in our large group was in agreement on that. I had the Triassic Trio (steak, shrimp and scallops) and it was FANTASTIC!

Never eaten at HoB either, but 'Ohana was fabulous this past trip, as per usual!

Want to try Y&Y someday.

Merrakesh was very good this past trip, as well!

And, CR has always been one of our favorites, as it was again this past trip!

Of these two, Jiko all the way. It's two different dining experiences.
One is chaos and a buffet. The other is more refined and delicious made-to-order food.

Tusker House is my family's favorite breakfast buffet on property.
Great food, service and of course characters!!!
Plus, depending on your ADR time, you can grab a FP for KS and ride afterwards or ride and then go to breakfast.

8/25 T-Rex Dinner
I read some negative reviews on this place. But, we went anyways. Wouldn't you know . . . our kids love this place! We've now eaten there two times and still have a positive review. The food was good (on par with a Chili's), service attentive and on our second visit we had a table in the ice room. Very "cool"!!! (pun intended )

We've eaten at 'Ohana three times for dinner (I want to try the breakfast one year). The first time was great. Food was good and even though they were very busy, our service team was attentive. Second time was okay. For some reason the food wasn't as good as the first time. Even though it was the same menu. Our servers pretty much ignored us and we had empty glasses and dirty plates on our table for an extended period of time. Third time was the worst! Everything from the food to our rude server made us NEVER want to come back. There are so many other great restaurants on property. Maybe, once we've exhausted our other options on property, we'll give 'Ohana another try in a few years. Now, those were just our experiences. I've read others rave about the place. That's why I take peoples' reviews with a grain of salt and then go and make my own opinion.

We ate at Restaurant Marrakesh a few years ago and haven't been back since. I like Middle Eastern food. To me, it all had a "funny" taste to it. I will say our server was very attentive, but not friendly. Is it because I'm a woman? Just curious. We have many other favorites in World Showcase. I can mark it off my list . . . been there, done that, not again.

(Again, this is my opinion. Go try it and let me know how you liked it. )

And you're going to T-Rex? That's far worse than mediocre.

Mtoo, you're missing out on the House Of Blues cafe. Their salads are worth the trip alone.

Good choices. Liberty Tree Tavern is woefully under rated.

Agreed on Liberty Tree Tavern. By far our favorite table service in the MK.

If youa r elooking for lighter meal try it at lunch.
The Pilgrims Feast is a big lunch meal but very good (think a smaller Thanks Giving mtype meal)
The Angus Chuck Cheese burger is popular, but can be hit or miss, I've had it several times, usually it is well prepared, twice I've had it and it was pretty dry/overcooked.
New England Pot Roast is always a winner (if you like pot roast of course) and the Roast pork sandwhich is usually quite good, again if you like pork.

Dinner is served family style and you will be very full. It's basically a thanksgiving meal.

Dinner, and it isn't even close, IMO.

As Veritas explained, it's served family style. No menu, they just bring heaping platters of meat potatoes, and vegetables to your table. And it has always been of very high quality.

Have you thought about Sanaa instead of Boma or Jiko? We ate there, and the food was very good, though a bit exotic. :-)
