Well you get the award for posting the biggest news in a long while! And Wooba.
I'm all for it. A nice glass of wine would have helped a lot with having to ride Dumbo and the train for the third time in a day when my kids were small.
Good News.
Since it's not posted, might as well start a thread! Beer and wine will be served at Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom. http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2012/0...magic-kingdom/
This is the first time (outside of private parties) that alcohol will be served at the Magic Kingdom.
Some people are losing their minds over the change, I just can't get that worked up about it. Overall I'm in favor of the change, I do like a glass of wine with dinner. And I like the fact that the beers are all region-appropriate as well as the majority of the wines. I think all in all, it's a smart business decision.

Friends are Gods way of apologizing to us for our families.
I can't believe there's not anymore hoopla on this forum about this already. I'm a little undecided on how I feel about this. When I first heard I was like Gasp! What?!?!? I guess for me not being a drinker, per say, I can take the alcohol thing either way. I always did take a certain pride, for what ever that's worth, in telling people that the MK doesn't serve alcohol to honor the "family friendly" values of Walt Disney which was always kind of nice.
I guess in the end the $$$ will always win out though.![]()
