Major menu changes have taken place at Whispering Canyon Cafe - Wilderness Lodge

This week started major changes to the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge. The coveted all you can eat skillet is not longer offered at lunch. Lunch will be an a la carte menu. The Skillet at dinner will now be a platter. You can pick 3 of the five meats, ribs, chicken, beef, sausage or fish. The sides are mixed veggies, baked beans, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. You can switch up meats if you ask for a refill. There will still be corn bread however but the salad is no longer included. The dinner comes with a dessert sampler.

- for lunch - the new menu has a few vegetarian options now available including an off menu Sauteed Red Quinoa Cakes with Edamame Salsa ($17) and other vegetarian options are still being worked on.
