I'm just curious if the Concourse Steakhouse is a kid-friendly environment. I'm trying to book my dining reservations for our upcoming trip, and since I've never been to a table service restaurant at Disney, I'm LOST!!!! We'll be traveling with our 2 and 4 yr old daughters. Any help would be appreciated.
I think nearly every restaurant at Disney is kid-friendly, with a few exeptions. I think you will be fine. Here is a link with some more info on it that might be helpful.

Thanks Dissy. --pleased- I just wanted to make sure it wasn't too fancy of a place to take the kiddies. As it turns out, I was able to get a reservation at CRT to take the place of Concourse anyway. :yahoo:
What meal are you having at CRT? I tried the new lunch there and we liked it.
We'll be having lunch as well. I actually had no intention of fighting to get a reservation there, but as I was finishing up my reservations today I asked the CM to see if there were any openings the day I was looking for. I knew it was a longshot since we'll be going next month, but they had a 2pm lunch open. I guess it was my lucky day! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it.

Thanks for the trip report. I do have one question. I noticed on the lunch menu that the appetizer is the "chef's tasting plate". Do you know if anything else can be substituted, since neither my husband nor I are fond of what is is included in that? Just a plain salad, maybe? :question:
I would think you could either get the kids appetizer plate instead (which had fruit, veggies, and cheese) or maybe they would get you a salad or something else. The Brushetta on the appetizer plate was pretty good! :thumbs:
