    Solo Trip Dining

I'm flying in Thursday from the UK for my first solo trip. Never been to WDW by myself, or on a vacation by myself (I'm 23). But I've been many times to WDW and had some of the best food at different places; Where though is excellent for those that are dining alone?

    Re: Solo Trip Dining

Whenever I go solo, I never make dining reservations. Then again, I make one regular ADR for every trip and that's it, so maybe I'm not the best to speak on this. But when I visit by myself, I just wing it. I don't know when I'm going to be hungry, or which park I'll be at, so when hunger hits, I see what's around and I eat. It's not as complex as others on these (and other) boards would have you believe.
Really, Walt? Disneyland is MY land? Why would I want a silly little land when I can have the WORLD.

    Re: Solo Trip Dining

On one of my Solo trips I ate at Germany, it has common tables so you are seated with other people.

One of my favorite QS restaurants to eat at Solo is Flame Tree. While I normally do not enjoy eating outdoors, the small groupings of tables is very nice and peaceful. The food is excellent. I go to the tiny little area near the water that overlooks Everest in the distance, it is beautiful to watch while dining on your own.
    Some people are like Slinkies.

They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.

Friends are Gods way of apologizing to us for our families.

    Re: Solo Trip Dining

    Thanks everyone for your replies.
Knowing the place as I do I could have a great experience just eating at the counter service restaurants.
Also I have used the Disney apps to get last minute ADRs before so might try that
