    BOG: Dinner Menu Changes

Three Changes to the Dinner Menu:

Two menu items have been added for dinner.

    Braised Pork - $22.99

    and

    Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb - $28.49

But what is making some guest jump up and down is the new version of the Grey Stuff which is apparently available both for lunch and dinner. It is served as a cupcake.

The coveted Grey Stuff, is reserved for guests visiting on special occasions which has guests jumping through hoops trying to get a teaspoon of the Grey Stuff, many guests leave disappointed and annoyed with their servers.

The cupcake is a moist chocolate and is topped with the Grey Stuff complete with the pretty candies and a sliver of chocolate. It is said that the Grey Stuff topping is a generous helping, more than is allotted for the special occasion serving size.

Line up early for lunch. We did on our last trip. Lunch menu is mostly sandwiches but it was one of the best QS meals we had while we were there. In our group we had the steak sandwich, the turkey sandwich and the braised pork shank and all were amazingly good. Theming is awesome. Only thing we really missed was seeing the Beast but we've gotten our pics with him before in Epcot

If you live close enough, try 24-36 hours the day or so before a few times during the day and see if guests change around their ADRs. Many are dumping BOG if they can get into the new Cali Grill.

I also recommend going to the check in stand at change over for dinner and seeing if they have any cancellations.

Still cracks me up that the most popular attraction in New FantasyLand is a restaurant.

Indeed, the crown jewel and E attraction is a restaurant. Welcome to the new Disney. Thanks Iger.

Back to the original topic and the "grey stuff." They do protect it like it's made of gold. We were told "The Master only likes it served during dinner' when we were eating lunch there for multiple birthdays.

I have made it at home. It's ok. Tastes like cookies and cream ice cream or "dirt dessert."
