Well... Before a night of heavy drinking at PI.. I like to stop over at the Downtown Market Place for a little helping of Wolfgang Express.. They have awesome pizza and mac and cheese!!!
I thought I had all of my dining figured out but, just went back to double check on things, cause I have to start calling this week and next to make my ressies. I am missing 1 day of dining. It is on a Friday night. That is the ? We will be over at Universal that day, but don't really want to eat over there, cause we are heading out to Pleasure Island that night. So any suggestions as to where to eat, I was thinking the new Irish Pub. Don't really want a heavy meal. Going out drinking later on. So I was thinking the Irish Pub would be good for pickies and finger food. Any opinions?

You might want to try one of the resorts for a meal. I enjoyed Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge. There are a lot of people here who have spoken highly of O'Hanas (which I want to try with my kids). Just a thought-enjoy your trip!
I have O'Hana's on my list we go there every year the first night of our and trip and the last night, also doing Japan and Bongo's, and the RainForest is another one of our everytime stops too

I hate to talk about "that other place", but Margaritaville is pretty darn good stuff! Awesome burgers and huge salads and some great Jimmy Buffet music playing!
Other than that, I would say Wolfgang Puck's at Downtown Disney as well - good place. They have one in Atlanta and I hardly ever get in that area to go eat there.
If you are going to PI that night, I'd try something at DTD for dinner. Are you loooking for table service or counter service? We've done the Portobello Yacht Club before, pretty good food and excellent sangria.

If you are not looking for table service but still want a great meal at Downtown Disney, try The Earl of Sandwich. . . . For $5 you can get a big stacked sandwich.
My favorite is the "Full Montague" This is no Subway!
Wolfgang Puck's downstairs is also great. . . . good pizza.
