This past week, I dined at the Plaza Resturant at the end of Main Street, USA. I have dined there numerous times before, and my family and I have always loved the food!

However, this time we had a horrible time. The food was disgusting. (They changed how they made their philly cheesesteak, they use red peppers now and mushrooms and it had hardly any cheese on it!). Also, our waitress was horrible! We just sat there for 20 minutes without seeing her after we were all done eating. Also, she kept on forgetting to get us refills, and it took 45 minutes for us to get our ice cream desert.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had bad service there lately or if it's a fluke. I know it used to be great. I was highly disappointed!
