I was disappointed with the counter service at the China pavilion. To me it tasted like run of the mill Chinese take out food. That and they don't give you a lot to eat or a wide selection/

Sounds like a good plan. You will really like Coral Reef- or at least I did. I loved breakfast at Riverside. It was very filling! I preferred Pecos Bills to Columbia House but there may be something special they serve that you are wanting. Pecos Bills has a great "fixins" bar that made the hamburgers so much better.
Next question, Can I go???
I disagree with SnwhtNDwrfs, I think Columbia Harbor House is the best CS in the Magic Kingdom!!! I am a vegetarian and you can really only eat a veggie burger so many times before you can't anymore... the Lighthouse Sandwich at CHH is the best vegetarian sandwich in the MK... along with the Veggie Sandwich at Backlot Express at MGM, they are the best in the parks that I've had!
At EPCOT for CS, we don't miss the Fountainview Cafe. Fruit tarts, croissants, and creme brulee with a mocha smoothie...AAAAAAAAAA I AM SO EXCITED!!!!! (we leave a week from today)

The Flame Tree BBQ at the Animal Kingdom has some really good counter service selections. Also Tusker House at AK has HUGE portions for CS.
They call me "Nana"
