Breakfast Meal Plan Ideas? Part 2
I thought that maybe this would be better if it was in the Dining area.
Ok, So Rebecca and I are sitting here trying to plan out our meals for our stay in Sept. So far we have everything planned except for Sunday Oct 1. We have 4 snacks, 4 counters and 4 tables left. We are thinking about doing one of the character breakfasts with our tables.
The choices are Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Breakfast Beach Club at Cape May, Supercalifraglistic at GF, or Storybook Princess Breakfast at Epcot.
So, taking out the whole character thing, which has the best food/ best experience. The reason I say take out the characters is, we are having lunch at CRT on Sat so the girls will be fine if we don't go to the Storybook breakfast.
Or...Does it make more sense to have a table lunch at say Liberty Tree Tavern and use a counter or snack for breakfast?

to get the most value out of the plan, it makes sense to use the table meals at dinner time and the counter service meals for breakfast or lunch. Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace both have dinner buffets. We enjoyed Chef Mickey's for dinner more than Crystal Palace, IMHO the food was better and the lines seemed shorter.

I recommend either Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace. My kids love the pooh and friends fun at the Crystal Palace, and for a good time, you can't beat the atmoosphere at Chef Mickey's. Have fun!
I am in need of some Disney magic!!

Thanks for the thoughts ladies. Though, we still have no idea what we want to do.
Anybody else have any input?

One thing Mr. iwannabeminnie and I do for breakfast every trip (ESPECIALLY on the meal plan) is to visit Whispering Canyon Cafe. For ONE table service meal we can stuff ourselves silly. For the appetizer they will bring you a basket of assorted pastries (we request that they bring us a basket of JUST the "sticky buns", they are exquisite) and for the entree we get the ham and cheese omelet which comes with fried potatoes and a biscuit. Even splitting it, that is WAY more than we normally eat for breakfast and we are quite content with it.

Ya'll are making me so hungy. Breakfast is my fav meal of the day and I don't know how I'm going to try all of these.

Trails End at Fort Wilderness Restaurant is wonderful

I would probably recommend Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace. I prefer Crystal Palace because the characters are so interactive with the kids; but then again Chef Mickey's always has something fun going on there!

The food for breakfast and dinner at 1900 Park Fare are always wonderful!

definetely, I'll second the Crystal Palace. So great for the little ones. Especially little ones who are fans of Winnie the Pooh with autograph books

OK, we've narrowed it down to Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fair at Grand Floridian.
So what are your opinions on the food, service, and experience.
Thanks in advance!!!!!!!

I like 1900 Park Fare much better than Chef Mickeys! Was at both a couple of weeks ago and the selection of foods, although the same amount appears, I feel is much better at the Grand Floridian.

I think the 1900 Park Fare's food was better too. plus I think it may be the only place to get a pic with Mary Poppins or the Alice in WonderLand crew. however, they gave us presents at Chef Mickey's and I enjoyed the atmosphere better there too. so I, personally, would go with Chef Mickey's, though I don't think you'd be disappointed either way.
If we can dream it, we can do it

Also if I'm not mistaken you can combine 2 table service meals and get 1 seating at either the Hoop-Dee Revue or the Luau at the Poly. Both are a ton if fun if you have never seen them.
I know you mentioned breakfast, but seeing that you have four table service meals left I thought I would just throw something different out there.

I'd choose both.
