The only place to find Cinderella outside of dining is in Toontown.

Chrissy when we were there it just said Princess.....how I understood( and I could be wrong) is there is a x hour window for them to be there....Cindy way not be there the entire time yet a section of that time....I would say your best bet is asking a CM in that section.

i would say ask a cm if youre not sure..and a lil hint...during our trip last year we were in toontown 20 minutes before it closed...and we were able to walk right in and get autographs from all of the characters with NO WAIT..we had so much time w/ the princessses and mickey's pals!! it was great!

i found this lil chart once online (tried attaching but it said error). it's dated for 05 so i'm not sure how accurate it is
but it says for cinderella:


MK: Toon Town Hall Fame (Fair) My b/f and i saw her there for MNSSHP, they had other princess in there as well. Pretty nice.
EPCOT: France (I see Aurora there alot, haven't seen Cinderella at the park)

in the judge's tent at toontown, they have signs about which character is in each room. I've seen Cinderella in there with Prince Charming a LOT! So just check the pictures above... if there is a "mystery character" you can ask and they'll tell you!

Above each line there is a picture of the characters in each room. Cinderella is pretty much guranteed to be there. However, outside of dining this is the only place she will be.

Yes. Cindy and Prince Charming are in Toontown for mnsshp.

During regular park hours Cinderella is usually there with Belle and Aurora. However, for mnsshp Cinderella and Prince Charming are there with Aurora and Prince Philip.
