Favorite Villain Sidekick?

(Searched around, and I couldn't find a thread like this, but if there already is one that I didn't see--I'm sorry!)

So, I'm a huge fan of Disney villains, but not really the villains themselves, more of just their sidekicks. So, I want to know, who is everyone's favorite villain sidekick?
I personally like Lefou from Beauty and the Beast (and someday really hope to play him onstage someday despite me being a girl) and Wiggins from Pocahontas (heh, he's actually one of my cartoon crushes...So is Lefou.) And, of course, who can forget Kronk?

So now I want to know yours!

Mine would be the 3 hyenas from Lion King, Shenzi, Banzai & Ed. They were the henchmen for Scar, but also were key to the comedy in the Lion King. Just loved it when Shenzi and Banzai were denying they knew Simba was Mufasa's son, they turn to Ed and he just shakes his head yes.

(I'm currently obsessed with Wiggins from Pocahontas, heehee.)
