Right now, Dr. Faciler. He's just plain awesome! Not to mention has the best song in the whole movie

Yes. The Horned King is not only one of the best villains, he's also pretty much the best thing about that movie

Madame Medusa, with Scar being a close second. Live-action, I'd have to go with the Gogans.

I have to say I adore the Red Queen in Tim Burton's adaptation of Alice - I think she's fab!

Superova - so great to see Madame Medusa on your list - Rescuers is my fave Disney Animation and I just love how crazy she is - "oh shut-up Snoops!"

For a more traditional Disney bad-guy - has to be Chernabog. I absolutely love the Night on Bald Mountain segment of Fantasia and Chernabog has the potential to be a VERY scary guy!

Right on! For all the bad and even over-acting Geraldine Page did for that role in delivering certain lines, Medusa will always be top of my all-time favorite villains!

I know I might not live this one down, bu right now I have to say Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. Phineas & Ferb is a great show and he makes me laugh.

Oh, I like a whole bunch of 'em. Malificent, Chernabog, Jafar, Scar, Randall, Zurg, Ursala, Gaston, but my all time favorite has GOT to be Yzma. She is awesome. Kronk is great too, but I really can't count him as a villian.
