Remy at France Pavilion

Can you still meet Remy at Le Chefs de France(is that the right name)? I want to do a blog post about his presence at Walt Disney World but I need to know whether he is still there or not? You can visit my blog at The Four Parks Thanks for the help!

From what I have read you can still meet Remy, at first I thought it was just a random sighting but someone stated on another thread that it was more of a scheduled thing so when you call for a reservation at Chefs de France I would inquire about it then.
