I don't think I've ever seen that character there, sorry.
He was Scrooge McDuck's pilot in DuckTales and, later on in it's spin-off, Darkwing Duck's sidekick.Quote:

We still have the old VHS's of them and pop them in here and there when we need a time warp.
I know I have a photo with him from way back, but these days, I don't recall seeing him around much.
