Launchpad McQuack?

Does anyone know if Launchpad McQuack still frequents the parks? I saw him a little over 2 years ago but I was too late as he was walking into a backstage area.

He was Scrooge McDuck's pilot in DuckTales and, later on in it's spin-off, Darkwing Duck's sidekick.

Maybe it's my age, but I remember Duck Tales and Darkwing Duck very clearly!! I used to watch it when I got home from Primary school in the early '90's!

As did my son. They did a stint in Toon Tent show, DS loved it.
