    Stitch Overload?

Don't get me wrong I loved Lilo & Stitch. But am I the only one who thinks there is an overload of stitch merchandise in WDW? I mean they added him to so many pins that its out of control

Nope, Stitch has reached Pooh and Princess levels of oversaturation.

It seemed to really burst out of control when they turned AE into SGE. I like Stitch as well, but I have no need for a hat with a big Stitch head on top of it!

I heard it as recently as September 24th. I haven't ridden the monorail to MK since then, but I wouldn't be at all suprised to know they still did it. I think I heard some kids joking about it on Oct 8th when I was last at MK, so that would lead me to believe it was still being used then.

    not at all.

I can't stand his voice and that's a shame because there's not many Disney characters that I find as annoying as him. But I assume he's popular because he's turned some kind of profit?

Maybe it's Disney executives giving guys like me a swift kick in the by putting him all over my happy place.

I agree. I had been under the impression that the movie Lilo and Stitch had not been the commercial success Disney had been anticipating, so I was surprised to see Stitch being pushed so hard last year at the Magic Kingdom.

The character was "cute" when seen as the wacky alien in the original movie, but he is not the kind of character I find appealing. I guess this will be another case of the Austin Powers marketing phenomena.

I agree, too much stitch. The "when will we be there" announcement on hte monorail was pretty funny though. Oh and stitches great escape attraction...A complete waste of time!

NO MORE STITCH!!!!! He's taken over Tomorrowland just like Pooh has taken over in Fantasyland! Give us AE back!!! Or even better, a NEW ride! Don't get me wrong, I loved the movie and I absolutely adore the Stitch stuffed animals(they're so cute), but please, stop him from taking over!
