Bounce Back pricing

I read about someone getting a bounce back cruise price for $99. OMG that is a great deal, even on the 3 day cruise. Is it $99 per person per night or for the whole cruise? Is this one of those fun Disney specials that you have to be the super lucky person asking at the right time?

Has anyone ever heard of this?

I've never heard of it but that would be a great deal! I would assume it would be per person. Not sure how this deal would work but if it's like the park bounce back, I think it would apply to people who have already taken the cruise or the offer may be to those guests who are on the cruise and they may have to take the offer before they leave the boat.
That's just a guess though, you may want to ask a travel agent for the correct details.
