Just finished talking to the finance man.

Gave him a sh**tfull of paperwork. He still wants a few more things.

The main good thing he said is - they can do a closing using a notary public so I don't have to come down here.

The next time I come down here I want to be moving into MY house.

But, if I HAVE to I will come down here for the closing
.

So the next step is to the underwriter. sigh

Will keep you updated.

Glad things are progressing! Its common to use attorney's here for closing, so I just gave my attorney "power of attorney" when I bought in IL - I wasn't here yet and that way they could close without me. In CT, we also use attorney's - but I'll be out there in time this time around so I'll do all the signing.

I saw that...and although I might have made the drive down from CT (since I'll FINALLY be living there full time by then) thats the weekend mom and I are just off the Wonder and we are spending that weekend at WDW! Sorry I'll be missing out on a chance to meet some of you!!!

I am doing something I never thought I would do.

I am sitting on the floor, at the airport, with my computer plugged into the wall (charging of course - since I ran the battery down) but it is on.

I am watching video podcasts from WDW. I just watched one from the Adventurers Club (which I miss terribly) I was laughing out loud ( they were funny) People are looking at me like I'm nuts. First of all being 64 and sitting on the floor must be weird to look at in the first place.

I was at Pleasure Island, they do still have the Adventurers Club there & it is chained off.

Oh well - still another 1 1/2 hrs till my flight. back to the podcasts

Sounds like a great way to kill time at the airport to me! I tend not to watch the video ones personally...but its more because I usually listen in the car and can't WATCH in the car. But I've watched a few when i've been flying...
