Hello from the World! I am sending this from my iTouch while sitting on the balcony overlooking the Boardwalk. I can see Spaceship Earth from here. Heading to DTD for supper. Bunches of clouds around and it is hot! But that is what I am here for.

Hey...we're back from our quick father/daughter trip. We had a great time celebrating our birthdays (a couple of months early).

By the way, did you know they show Illuminations even in a torrential thunderstorm? Well they do. It even started early. How do I know? We were in the middle of it - without ponchos (they were in the room

). But we had a great location!

Lightening all around added to the fireworks.

It even hailed. The storm made the local news because of how hard it rained. The up side was we could splash in all the puddles on the walk back to the Boardwalk because we were already soaked to the bone.

I'm now trying to talk the DW into a quick trip over Labor Day weekend - just the 2 of us - to celebrate our 25th anniversary and 50th birthdays. This would be our first trip without kids since before kids. Wish me luck.

Just found out that we will be in Disney two days earlier!!!

So now we will spend time at Disney World before and after the cruise!
