Looks like I talked too quick about missing the bullet. Just got called by the school system that school has been cancelled tomorrow. Woo hoo! Gotta love a 3 day work week at the end of 2 weeks of no school. No reason to rush into things.

We are just at the edge of freezing rain, and it's supposed to be COLD tonight, so they must want to err on the side of safety with the buses. Can't say I blame them.

Of course, you guys up north just laugh at us. That's okay with me. It'll be 75 here in a month, and you guys will still have snow on the ground.

HECK--- we have snow on EASTER lots of times.... and in May too.....

Yikes please I don't even want to think that as it has been cold in the past in May but I don't remember snow. I was so happy that May 15th my bday & May 22nd for my surprise 40th last yr it was absolutely gorgeous out! Short sleeves & capri weather

You sure are lucky! It's darn cold here in Chicago and there's a mountain of snow outside my windows. I think it's supposed to be 2 degrees tonight. Brrrr!

I love walking down the left side coming out of future world. I always remember that's where the original mousegears was waaay back in the day (ca. 93 maybe?) The store had a second story in it and that's where I got my first favorite Epcot sweatshirt.

I thought it was gorgeous! The new pool setup on the Bay side looks pretty awesome too. We didn't see the whole thing from the dock but what I did see looked cool. I am happily jealous of ya to be able to stay there.

The walkway between the main building and the new tower also is said to have an amazing view of both MK and the lake. You, btw, are on the sunrise side facing the lake. Deb Wills said the higher your room the better the view.

I am hiding inside this weekend. I really have no love for the cold. I have some travel confirmations to write up and alot of laundry to do. As long as I have my internet connection, I am golden til Monday.
