Excursions

Does anybody know if they still offer the jet ski tour of Castaway Cay?

(We scheduled it on our last cruise and they cancelled it due to wind/water conditions. It was a beautiful day, but we would have lost our money had it not been cancelled because we lost track of time while on the adult-only beach until an hour after the tour was supposed to start)

I've never done it, but looks like its still listed on the shore excursions page for DCL.

I did the waverunner ecotour and had a great time!

In December the water was really choppy so we were jumping waves like dirtbikes jumping hills. I even got a compliment from one of the guides, and this was my first time ever on a waverunner!

My arms and legs were sore afterward, but I had time to rest at Serenity Bay afterward.

I also wanted to note, while on vacation my wife and I rented and shared a jet ski to play around in the Tampa Bay. She said she would never ride on one with me again and said she would have liked it much better if she had her own. We switched places so she could steer, but she said having another person on the back made her nervous. I almost fell off when she hit a couple waves so make sure each adult in your party has their own.

I was not planning to get off the boat at Nassau, but my wife found an excursion I might have to try. There is a new Segway Adventure Tour. This was offered on the Wonder starting last Spring. She found this on the following website

I just got our travel kit from DCL for our upcoming cruise (our first!!!). Looks like 75 days is the magic booking number. I'm assuming that holds true for the Segway tour as well. We're in the process of trying to figure out what (if any) excursions we want to do. Big decision!!!
