Lose and Cruise with Lou!

Hello everyone! I'm over on Deck 7 and posted an idea about "Lose to Cruise with Lou". I've always had problems losing weight so I thought maybe some online support would be great and what better way to find support then from fellow Disney fans. So I have created a Facebook group where we can motivate, post results, post things that work and some tasty healthy meal ideas. I was using the cruise as an excuse to lose that extra weight and start living healthy so I wanted to include more people if they were interested. So here is the link. I hope this can help us! Of course you don't have to be going on the cruise to join either!

renewed interest! I gotta post my results over there a little bit more, I have been slacking. (In the updates department) I'm quite proud of my results so far.

Did my first lifetime ww weigh in & did good. So just to keep it up! If I can do it anyone can, I'm a sweets person

I am getting alot out of my WII and WII FIT PLUS...that and the fact that I have changed eating habits (for the most part) has helped too

I'm in. I am trying to lose weight for my first cruise (yes, it is with Disney) in December. I hope to have lost most of my weight by January of next year. Now I have a group that can help motivate me and I can motivate someone (hopefully). Good luck to everyone! We can do it!

I did my monthly weigh in & everything went well. I was very thankful especially after dinner last night. I was not a good girl. But it was delicious. Best wishes to everyone, keep up the good work. We can all stay on track.
