Hey we just got back from a 7 day Western Caribbean Cruise aboard the Magic Feb 20-27th and got the best help from the "Expert Shopper" on board. We think her name was Holly, but wondering if anyone knows her full name so we can thank her. Hope someone knows!!

Should be able to EASILY find out that info based on the date of your cruise, I would think.

Maybe, try calling Disney's overall guest services line, then?
There's gotta' be a warm body out there somewhere at Disney that'll pick up the phone and make sure you get the info you need...?!
If not, that needs to be fixed, PRONTO!
