I'm confused. It definitely looks like the dream in the distance-you can see the aqua duck. But the sound of the horn isn't right? The videos of the float out had the dream horn NOT the same "when you wish upon a star" as the wonder and magic have. The dream horn was a "a dream is a wish your heart makes" at float out. Unless she does both for some reason.....

I think she does both. Listening to the "talk" in the background it sounded like she first responded with the same horn sounds. Then you hear the " A dream is a wish" horn later.
Sound quality isn't great, but it's just a home video.
