Princess 5k race Saturday before the cruise

Our Kellie (13) is going to run the 1-mile kids race that day, too, but we'll be at the Wide World of Sports complex. What time? I have NO idea, lol! I think the race(s) start somewhere around 10 am or so... anyone else have a 13-or-under running?

Do you have any idea how many 1-mile races will be run? (We've never done one of the races - or should I say KELLIE has never done one, lol) so we're clueless, and I can't seem to find any real info out there about them. (Granted, I've been swamped with other stuff lately... but I'm guessing we'll find out her race time when we pick up her packet on the 25th... does that sound right, oh-race-enlightened-one? ;-)

Mines 8:30 with a stop at Baltimore/Washington. I hope the weathers alright... although I was regretting not having a stop in Atlanta instead of Washington, but turns out even they can have cancellations due to weather!

Yeah, funny you should say that...I forget if I told you but last week I was supposed to fly Orlando-Atlanta-Buffalo, but all the flights out of Atlanta were cancelled. Ended up having to stay an extra day with the baby in WDW...boohoo

I keep hoping to get "stranded" in Orlando.

Along a similar line...when airlines offer to compensate you for an oversold flight if you'll take a later flight, that only happens on my flights TO Orlando when I'm anxious to get there, and never on my flights FROM Orlando when I'm sad to leave!

I always work the day after my trips... so unless I'm stranded under no force of my own I think I would be in trouble hehe. I don't even know how I would get in touch with my work to tell them, since I don't bring my cellphone cause of roaming fees (my friend left his phone on for his last trip to the states and had a $175 roaming charge!)... maybe I should bring it just in case of an "emergency"

Its at 7am, so you'll still be in Buffalo. Which is too bad because I would expect to have a big sign for me. And fireworks. And a champagne bottle filled with dreams.
